How to Make the Perfect Salad Dressing
Students will learn the perfect ratio of olive oil to balsamic vinegar, This workshop will also educate students on why an emulsifier is important for making the perfect vinaigrette. It allows the oil and balsamic to emulsify and not separate after it has sat for a period of time. The emulsified could be honey, Dijon mustard or plenty of other binders. Students will walk away with the knowledge that they can make the perfect vinaigrette for their salads.
The cost of the workshop is $45, and all materials and refreshments are included.♦
