FreeFENCE will host a Wild Woods Wander on Thursday, September 17, at 9 a.m., offering participants a chance to explore the wildlife and natural wonders of the area’s woodlands.The event is FREE, but registration is required. Register Here!
The free morning program will explore woodland plants and trees, birds, fungi, animal tracks and other living treasures found throughout the forested hills.
Participants should dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to spend the morning outdoors. Water, sturdy footwear and sun and/or rain protection are recommended. The walk will follow woodland trails with some slopes and uneven terrain.
