Sunset Yoga Class

Join us in an enriching sunset yoga class every Tuesday at 6pm here at Mountain Brook. These classes will be gentle yoga meant to offer deep stretching and meditation. The class will be held outside typically but we offer an indoor space in case of rain. After the class feel free to stay and enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. Tickets are $12 per person and available on our website! Cheers!
