Learning to Draw What You See with Clara Rogers

The students will be drawing and painting objects that are placed in front of them. The goal is to sharpen our artist skills in observing and completing the task of drawing the objects. We will be using various media: pencils, colored pencils, as well as paints and canvases.

This is a 6 week program beginning on January 8.

Clara Rogers spent 34 years teaching art to elementary school students. She has a Master’s degree in art education from University of South Carolina. She is proficient in pastels, acrylics, oils, and clay.♦
